Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data ReplyZap (operated by CodeLab Software LLP) holds about you and about the Instagram/Facebook account you connected.
What gets deleted
- Your Meta access tokens (immediately on disconnect).
- Your connected account/Page IDs and connection settings.
- Stored comment, message, and trigger history associated with the connection.
- Your ReplyZap account profile (when you delete the account).
Option 1 - Disconnect inside ReplyZap
- Log in to ReplyZap.
- Go to Settings → Connections (or the connected account screen).
- Click Disconnect on the Instagram/Facebook account.
This revokes our access immediately and deletes the stored access tokens.
Option 2 - Remove ReplyZap from Meta
- On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or, on Instagram, Settings → Apps and Websites).
- Find ReplyZap and choose Remove.
This revokes ReplyZap's access. To also delete data already stored, use Option 1 or Option 3.
Option 3 - Request full deletion by email
Email hello@replyzap.in with the subject line "Data Deletion" and the email address or connected account you used. We will delete your personal data and associated Meta Platform Data from our active systems and confirm within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
How long it takes
Token and connection data is removed immediately on disconnect. Any remaining stored data is deleted without undue delay and no later than 30 days from a verified request.
