1. Use of the Service

You agree to use ReplyZap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Meta's Platform Policies, the Instagram and Facebook Terms of Service, and these Terms.

2. Account & Connection

ReplyZap connects to Instagram and Facebook accounts via Meta's official Graph API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Meta account you connect and for any actions taken through that connection.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use ReplyZap to send spam, harassment, hate speech, or any content that violates Meta's policies or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend any account found in violation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on this site is the property of ReplyZap and The Code Lab. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReplyZap is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
