Welcome to ReplyZap. ReplyZap is operated by CodeLab Software LLP ("ReplyZap", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at replyzap.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use ReplyZap only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Meta's Developer Policies, the Instagram Platform Policy, and the Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger Community Standards, in addition to these Terms. ReplyZap connects to Instagram and Facebook only through Meta's official Graph API and the standard Meta OAuth login flow - we never ask for or store your Meta password.

2. Compliance with Meta Policies and No Circumvention

ReplyZap is a single, legitimate application that operates strictly within the access Meta grants. You agree that you will not use ReplyZap, and we will not operate ReplyZap, to:

• circumvent, evade, or attempt to bypass any restriction, rate limit, enforcement action, suspension, or ban that Meta has placed on any app, Page, or account;
• recreate, mirror, or continue the functionality of an app or account that Meta has restricted or disabled;
• access or use Meta data in any way that exceeds the permissions granted, or that otherwise violates Meta's terms and policies.

We respect and comply with Meta's enforcement decisions. Where Meta restricts an account or app, that restriction will be honored and will not be worked around through ReplyZap.

3. Account & Connection

ReplyZap connects to your Instagram Professional account and the associated Facebook Page via Meta's official Graph API. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to connect the account, for maintaining its security, and for all actions taken through that connection. You must comply with Meta's terms for the connected account at all times.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ReplyZap to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, hate speech, or deceptive content; to violate Meta's policies or any applicable law; to impersonate others; or to automate behavior that Meta prohibits. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or Meta's policies, with or without notice.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design of ReplyZap and this website are the property of CodeLab Software LLP. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. "Instagram", "Facebook", and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; ReplyZap is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReplyZap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular automation or delivery outcome will occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or Meta's policies, or where required to comply with a Meta enforcement action or applicable law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time - see our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
